Humble Beginnings

In 1962, our Founder, Robert Waltrip acquired a second funeral home to grow his family's funeral business in Houston.  Today, the company born from those humble beginnings operates nearly 2,000 funeral and cemetery establishments throughout the United States and Canada.  And we're still actively acquiring quality funeral, cremation, and cemetery businesses today.

With our extensive history in acquisitions and operations, we are a reliable resource for funeral, cremation, and cemetery business owners who may be considering succession planning and, more specifically, selling their firms.
